王祖藍、李思捷、阮兆祥以「福祿壽」姿態再度回歸，大放笑料，陪觀眾笑著放暑假。三人繼續發揮扮嘢潛能，扮盡三套受歡迎劇集《花花世界花家姐》、《點解阿Sir係阿Sir》及《洪武三十二》的角色，又會模仿最熱時事、娛樂新聞人物，誓要令觀眾笑到停不了口。

另外節目會播放《荃加福祿壽宇宙最長演唱會》電視上從未曝光的精采片段，包括有三人極速變裝及扮女人大展歌喉的絕密片段。而非常受歡迎的環節「Sat in the City」，大Ex、Hungry及Handelababy會以前傳故事方式，細說三人從學生時代認識，到變成好姐妹的經過，更會有一位令三人墮入暗戀的 「Laughing Sir」出現。

暑假是小朋友的快樂時光，福祿壽會邀請一班小朋友一同參與節目，合力炮製美食，並由三位美女嘉賓張嘉兒、湯盈盈、張美妮擔任評判，決定誰人獲得「福祿壽廚神」之美譽。
